Return policy:
All returns and/or exchanges require a return authorization number.
Please call or email us to obtain that number and write it on the outside of the box.
We will accept returns and/or exchanges 30 days from the original ship date to you.
All returns must be in the original display package and shipped in a protective box.
For returned items we will credit your account less the shipping costs.
We will send out a prepaid return label when necessary.
Holiday returns must be post marked by 1/7/<<CurentYr>>
Failure to follow these instructions may cause restocking fees or refusal of the returned package.
